So one month ago I got this amazing job at Simplycut.com. Then last week my really nice boss who I completely adore decided he was in over his head and had to let us all go. So now I am job hunting again, reinventing myself, and taking stock in what comes next. If anyone is looking for a great hard working girl to give it all shes got, please let me know. When we were in Italy about 5 years ago the only thing on television that was in English was the Tour de France. I became fascinated in the sport and am now quite obsessive about it. I am not a cyclist, just an occasional rider, but I absolutely love to follow the sport of cycling. It goes without saying that I think Lance Armstrong is amazing. I have been following his career of course, but along with him I love following riders like Levi Leipheimer, George HIncapie, the Schleck brothers, Mark Cavendish, and tons of others. When Lance announced that he would be racing in the Tour this year I was determined to be among the millions of fans and spectators. I know everyone has their "dream trips" of somewhere or something they would like to do or see before they die so I guess you could say that this is MINE. The Tour goes to the alps on Tuesday, so tune in...it is gruelling!!

I am so very grateful today for the blessing of a new baby in our family. Easton has truly blessed our lives. This past week has been a whirlwind of diapers, hugs and kisses, pacing, rocking, and so much delight. So many of you have reached out with your congratulations...thank you all. Now I am off to get more snuggling in.
Here is my new precious grandson. I can't wait to spoil the crap out of him...isn't he delicious!
I truly have the best friends...Celeste is an amazing person and so very talented. My heart is full and I wanted to thank her for the blessing of being her friend.
